At Pineview Escapes™, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for bookings made through Pineview Escapes™. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival: 20% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellations Made 20 to 30 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellations Made 10 to 19 Days Prior to Arrival: 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 10 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.

Changes to Itinerary During the Trip:

We strive to ensure a seamless travel experience; however, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes to the itinerary during the trip. Any such modifications will be made in consultation with you, keeping your comfort and preferences in mind.
